You have 30 days to cancel after you have started your paid plan with Kajabi. For example, if I start on April 1st, I have until the end of the day on April 30th to cancel my plan for a full refund.

To cancel, go to your Settings tab, click Billing, and you’ll see the option to cancel under Plan Details.

Yes. You can park your Kajabi account so you don’t lose your content. The Parked plan costs $29 per month, however, you won’t be able to edit your content until you switch back to an active Kajabi plan. Email [email protected] for assistance in parking your account.

You have to be on a paid plan with Kajabi before you can book your Activation call with the Customer Success team. Once you’re on a paid plan, you can schedule your Activation call from your Settings tab. Scroll down to Account Settings and click Kajabi Access.
